Gluten Free Cocoa Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a 9" square baking pan with parchment or foil.
- Melt the butter, sugar, cocoa, and salt in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before adding vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, stirring vigorously after each addition until the batter is thick and shiny.
- Stir in the flour until just combined, then beat vigorously for 40 strokes.
- Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips, then spread the batter in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes until a toothpick comes out slightly moist.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack, then lift out of the pan and cut into squares.
