Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, additional liquid, frozen berries, collagen, optional lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add chia seeds to the blender and blend on the lowest setting just to mix in.
- Transfer the mixture to a container or containers and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to thicken.
- Serve with toppings of your choice.
