Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 lb broccoli, chopped small
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 6 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped

The dressing

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped broccoli in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add diced onion, sunflower seeds, raisins, and chopped turkey bacon to the bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir well to coat all ingredients.
  5. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
