Ingredients

Italian Marinade

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Asian Marinade

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup cilantro (freshly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger (freshly peeled and minced)
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Greek Marinade

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ¼ cup parsley (just leaves, fresh)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons oregano (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (dried)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for the desired marinade.
  2. Pour the marinade over the meat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before grilling.
