Instructions
- Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels.
- Mix all BBQ rub ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Coat the pork tenderloins with the BBQ rub evenly.
- Optionally, let the pork marinate for 30 minutes to 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill to high heat (450℉).
- Grill the pork for 2 minutes on each side, then cook until internal temperature reaches 145℉.
- Optionally, prepare the Avocado Green Sauce by blending all sauce ingredients until desired consistency.
- Remove the pork from the grill, cover with foil, and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the pork topped with Avocado Green Sauce and your favorite sides.
