Spicy Red Pepper & Feta Dip (Htipiti)

Instructions
- Combine feta, roasted red peppers, olive oil, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a food processor.
- Process the mixture until smooth but with some small bits of feta remaining.
- Taste and adjust the cayenne pepper for spiciness if desired.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle olive oil on top, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
