Instructions
- Pulse the feta in a food processor until broken into small pieces.
- Add the chili pepper, drained roasted red peppers, garlic, olive oil, and red wine vinegar, then blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley, olives, crumbled feta, reserved roasted red pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve with fresh or toasted pita bread.
