Spicy Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 250-300 g feta cheese
  • 1 unit red chili pepper or jalapeno
  • 10-12 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives
  • to taste unit pita bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Pulse the feta in a food processor until broken into small pieces.
  2. Add the chili pepper, drained roasted red peppers, garlic, olive oil, and red wine vinegar, then blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley, olives, crumbled feta, reserved roasted red pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Serve with fresh or toasted pita bread.
