Korean-Style Glazed Mushrooms

Ingredients

The mushrooms

  • 2 lb Whole White Mushrooms

The seasoning and glaze

  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Himalayan Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cumin
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • ½ tsp Sriracha Sauce
  • ½ tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes

Instructions

  1. Rinse the mushrooms and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with olive oil.
  3. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  4. While baking, whisk together the remaining glaze ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and drain any excess liquid.
  6. Toss the mushrooms in the Korean sauce and return to the oven for another 8 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool, then serve.
