Korean-Style Glazed Mushrooms

Instructions
- Rinse the mushrooms and place them in a large bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, then coat with olive oil.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- While baking, whisk together the remaining glaze ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Remove the mushrooms from the oven and drain any excess liquid.
- Toss the mushrooms in the Korean sauce and return to the oven for another 8 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then serve.
