The pesto

Instructions
- Layer mozzarella and tomato slices on one slice of bread.
- Spread parsley pesto on the other slice of bread and press them together.
- Toast the sandwich in a panini press on medium heat for about 5 minutes until crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the press, cut in half, and serve.
