Instructions
- Soak cashews in water for 4–8 hours, then rinse and drain.
- Blend cashews and garlic into a paste, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add lemon juice, milk, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then blend until smooth.
- Heat balsamic vinegar in a saucepan and simmer until reduced to about 2 tablespoons.
- Spread garlic cashew cheese on each side of the baguette sections.
- Layer sprouts over the cheese, then add tomato slices and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Top with fresh basil leaves and serve.
