Healthy Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- If the dressing thickens in the fridge, stir in 1-2 tbsp more water as needed.
- The dressing will keep for up to a week or longer in the fridge.
