Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a skillet, cook the soyrizo or chorizo until fragrant, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil if needed, then cook the diced onion and minced garlic until softened.
- Add the chorizo/soyrizo back to the skillet and mix well.
- Spread the mixture into an even layer and pour the shredded cheese and milk on top.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melty.
- Remove from the oven and top with remaining chorizo/soyrizo, avocado, and cilantro. Serve with chips.
