Spicy Orange Ginger Soba Noodles

Instructions
- Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions.
- Prepare the sauce by blending all sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.
- Cut the orange into supremes and set aside.
- Rehydrate the wakame in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then drain.
- Slice the onion and celery thinly.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onions and celery until softened.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
- Pour the sauce into the pan, bring to a simmer, and cook until thickened.
- Stir in the orange supremes, rehydrated wakame, and half the green onions.
- Serve immediately over soba noodles, garnished with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
