Chamomile Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 tea bag or spoonful loose leaf chamomile tea
  • 1 cup water
  • to taste honey or agave
  • to taste lemon

Instructions

  1. Boil water.
  2. Place a tea bag or a spoonful of loose leaf chamomile tea in a tea infuser in a cup or mug.
  3. Pour the hot water over the tea.
  4. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Remove the tea bag or tea infuser.
  6. Serve as desired, with honey, agave, lemon, or on its own.
