Easy Fluffy Pull-Apart Whole Wheat Buttery Dinner Rolls

Instructions
- Combine ¼ cup warm water, yeast, and 1 tablespoon honey in a small bowl and let it sit until foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the remaining warm water, honey, egg, and melted butter.
- Add both water mixtures to the flour and knead the dough until it forms a ball.
- Grease the bowl, cover the dough, and let it rise in a warm place for 25 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish and punch down the dough, then divide it into 9 balls.
- Place the dough balls in the dish, cover, and let them rise for another 15-25 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned and serve immediately.
