Mango BBQ Sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add red onion, garlic, and mango to the skillet and sauté until the mango is slightly browned and the onions are translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, chili paste, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a soft boil.
- Transfer all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
