Baked Nutella Doughnuts with Nutella Glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the granulated sugar, light-brown sugar, Nutella, and butter until blended.
- Add the egg and vanilla to the sugar mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and milk in three alternating batches, starting and ending with the flour mixture.
- Fill the greased doughnut pans about ¾ full with the batter.
- Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the doughnuts cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, Nutella, milk, and vanilla for the glaze until smooth.
- Spread the glaze over the cooled doughnuts and top with optional sprinkles or hazelnuts.
