Fluffy Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Add-ins

dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the chocolate chips until just incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Let the batter set for about 3-4 minutes to thicken.
- Spray a cooking pan and spoon about two tablespoons of batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook for another minute.
- Transfer pancakes to a plate and repeat until all batter is used.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
