Instructions
- Soak the pitted dates overnight if they are dry.
- Add the soaked dates and cashews to a food processor and begin to puree.
- Gradually add the coconut milk while pureeing until creamy and smooth.
- Add sea salt, vanilla extract, arrowroot flour, liquified coconut oil, and cocoa powder.
- Puree until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Taste and add more cocoa if necessary.
- Freeze the frosting for about 30 minutes or refrigerate until cool.
