Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it to help the paper stick.
- Prepare the flax egg by whisking together the flax meal and water, letting it sit for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add the oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt to the mixture and combine until a dough forms.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball, then roll in sprinkles.
- Place the dough balls on the baking sheet and press an indentation into each with your thumb.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Chill the cookies in the fridge until completely cool before enjoying.
