Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixer, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, patting them down slightly.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
