Chopped Greek Salad

The Salad

The Dressing

red wine vinegar

olive oil

garlic powder

Instructions
- Chop each of the salad ingredients on a large cutting board and place them in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl or jar, mix the dressing ingredients together.
- Pour half of the dressing over the salad and mix. Taste and add more dressing if needed.
- Serve immediately or store the lettuce separately from the other ingredients if making ahead.
