Paleo Spinach Salad

The toppings

walnuts

balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, place spinach, apple, and currants.
- In a 9 inch cast iron skillet, toast the walnuts over medium-low heat until browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add warm walnuts to the salad.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Toss the salad and serve.
