Paleo Spinach Salad

The dressing

olive oil

balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, apple, and currants.
- Toast the walnuts in a 9 inch cast iron skillet over medium-low heat until browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add the warm walnuts to the salad.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Toss the salad and serve.
