Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 4 pounds red potatoes, cut into 2-3 inch pieces

The flavorings

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • cups heavy cream, warmed

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil a large pot of salted water.
  2. 2. Add the potatoes and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.

  4. 4. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat and cook the garlic for 45 seconds.
