Brie Stuffed Burgers

Ingredients

The burgers

  • pounds ground beef
  • 6-8 ounces Brie
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices cooked bacon (optional)
  • 4 pieces hamburger buns (toasted)

Sweet Chili Mayo

  • ½ cup good quality mayo
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
  • a pinch salt
  • a pinch pepper

Grilled Corn Salsa

  • 2 ears grilled corn
  • 1 piece peach (diced)
  • 4-8 pieces cherries (pitted and diced, optional)
  • 1 piece jalapeno (seeded and diced)
  • ½ piece lemon (juice)
  • cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare burger patties by placing ground beef in a burger press, creating an indent in the center.
  2. Fill the indent with Brie cubes and cover with more beef, sealing the edges.
  3. Drizzle patties with Worcestershire sauce and refrigerate.
  4. Mix mayo, lemon juice, Thai chili sauce, basil, salt, and pepper to make the sweet chili mayo.
  5. Combine grilled corn, peach, cherries, jalapeno, lemon juice, basil, and salt to prepare the corn salsa.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the burgers until desired doneness, about 8 minutes per side.
  7. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayo on toasted buns, adding the patty, bacon, and corn salsa.
