Instructions
- Prepare burger patties by placing ground beef in a burger press, creating an indent in the center.
- Fill the indent with Brie cubes and cover with more beef, sealing the edges.
- Drizzle patties with Worcestershire sauce and refrigerate.
- Mix mayo, lemon juice, Thai chili sauce, basil, salt, and pepper to make the sweet chili mayo.
- Combine grilled corn, peach, cherries, jalapeno, lemon juice, basil, and salt to prepare the corn salsa.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the burgers until desired doneness, about 8 minutes per side.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading mayo on toasted buns, adding the patty, bacon, and corn salsa.
