Flourless Nut Butter Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and egg until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract, almond butter, and peanut butter, mixing until the dough is smooth and sticky.
- Using a measuring tablespoon, form even-sized balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned on the edges.
- Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Once cooled, enjoy as is or add a dollop of chocolate frosting on top.
