Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and top with brown sugar if using.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the tops are golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool completely and refrigerate for at least an hour before slicing.
