Instructions
- Prepare the bok choy by slicing it and soaking it in cold water.
- Toast the almonds and sesame seeds in a dry skillet until golden brown.
- Melt sugar in the same pan until it liquefies, then add the toasted almonds, sesame seeds, and sea salt.
- Prepare the dressing by boiling the dressing ingredients until the sugar dissolves, then add the green onions.
- Drain the bok choy and transfer it to a salad bowl, then toss with the dressing.
- Add the sesame-almond crunch just before serving and toss well.
