Raspberry Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Instructions
- Heat ghee or avocado oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring continuously.
- Stir in chopped dates, balsamic vinegar, and raspberries, cooking until thickened (about 5-6 minutes).
- Remove from heat and mix in thyme and salt; optionally strain the sauce to remove seeds.
- Preheat the broiler and position the rack 5-6 inches below the broiler element.
- Place salmon fillets skin side down on a baking sheet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Brush each fillet with 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce.
- Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes until opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve salmon with additional sauce.
