Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar, allowing it to curdle.
- Blend the curdled mixture with the banana.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes while heating the waffle iron.
- Grease the waffle iron and pour in the batter, cooking for 2-4 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used and let the waffles cool.
