Instructions
- Blend the spinach, ginger, lemon juice, hemp seeds, celery, apples, and water until smooth.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust with more ginger or lemon if desired.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy. Optionally, add cayenne pepper to individual servings.
