Healthyish Easter Grain-Free Fudge Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, greasing the dish first.
- Whisk the eggs in a small bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine coconut sugar, maple syrup, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, almond butter, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the whisked eggs last.
- Mix until smooth and pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Crush the Cadbury mini eggs in a plastic bag and sprinkle about ¾ cup of the crushed eggs on top of the batter.
- Bake for 25-26 minutes.
- After baking, sprinkle the remaining crushed mini eggs on top and let the brownies cool completely before cutting them into squares.
