Paleo Chocolate Chip Fudge Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9"x9" baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg.
- Add the nut butter and coconut sugar (or maple sugar) and mix to combine.
- Gradually add the cocoa powder, mixing until incorporated.
- Add the remaining ingredients: chocolate chips, vanilla, baking soda, and salt, and mix until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, optionally sprinkling a little salt on top.
- Bake in the oven for 14-16 minutes until slightly underdone.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
