The chicken

Instructions
- Combine tomato sauce, minced garlic, 1 tbsp chopped basil, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper, black pepper, and sea salt in a pot and cook for 5 minutes.
- Heat a skillet and tenderize the chicken breasts, then season with paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, ground thyme, and sea salt.
- Scramble the eggs in a bowl.
- Mix breadcrumbs and ½ cup parmesan cheese in a ziplock bag.
- Coat the chicken with flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Cook the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, then place on a baking pan.
- Top each chicken breast with tomato sauce, provolone cheese, and the remaining chopped basil, then broil until the cheese melts.
