Instructions
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic, then cook them in olive oil until soft.
- Rinse and drain the black and pinto beans, then add them to the skillet with BBQ sauce and smoked paprika.
- Heat the bean mixture over medium-low heat until warmed through.
- Prepare the coleslaw by mixing the cabbage, green onions, and dressing made from mayonnaise, honey, Dijon, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the sliders by adding BBQ beans to each bun and topping with coleslaw.
