Ingredients

The chicken

  • 1 ΒΌ lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

The seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the chicken sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Dry the chicken breasts and coat them with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend to the chicken.
  5. Preheat the grill and clean the grill grate, then oil it.
  6. Place the chicken on the grill and cook covered until the sides turn white, then flip them.
  7. Rearrange the chicken pieces on the grill for even cooking.
  8. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, or 165 degrees if the chicken was cold.
  9. Let the chicken rest loosely covered with foil for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
