Instructions
- Let the chicken sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes.
- Dry the chicken breasts and coat them with olive oil.
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Add the Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend to the chicken.
- Preheat the grill and clean the grill grate, then oil it.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook covered until the sides turn white, then flip them.
- Rearrange the chicken pieces on the grill for even cooking.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, or 165 degrees if the chicken was cold.
- Let the chicken rest loosely covered with foil for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
