Instructions
- Combine beer, lime juice, onion, cilantro, seasoned salt, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large dish or bag.
- Add the steak and marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 2 hours, then let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat the grill over high heat for 10 minutes, clean and oil the grate.
- Grill green onions and chiles for about 5 minutes until brown spots form.
- Remove the vegetables and grill the steak over direct heat, turning occasionally until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Serve with tortillas, quesadillas, guacamole, grilled green onions, and chiles.
