Instructions
- Mix all taco seasoning ingredients and set aside.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and toss in the seasoning. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix chipotles, adobo sauce, honey, red onion, and garlic.
- Add the mixture to the pan with chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Lower heat, stir in butter and water until melted and a sauce forms.
- Add lime juice, turn off heat, and let chicken rest.
- Serve chicken in warmed tortillas with desired toppings.
