Ingredients

The vegetables

  • 4 pieces leeks (or one bunch of scallions)
  • ¾ pound green beans
  • cup fresh dill

The seasoning

  • to taste extra-virgin olive oil
  • to taste fine-grain sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and salt in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chopped leeks and cook until golden and crispy, stirring regularly for about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped dill.
  4. Add the green beans and cook for a couple more minutes until they brighten and lose their raw bite.
  5. Serve immediately.
