Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, tapioca starch, shortening, sugar, salt, baking powder, lemon juice, and applesauce to form a thick dough.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Transfer the dough into the baking pan and press it evenly.
- Bake for 43-45 minutes.
