Instructions
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and sauté for 1 minute without moving them.
- Flip the shrimp and sauté for an additional 30 seconds until cooked through.
- Transfer cooked shrimp to a plate and repeat with any remaining shrimp.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add white wine to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits.
- Simmer the wine for 4 to 5 minutes until reduced by half.
- Lower the heat and stir in the garlic butter and parsley until melted and combined.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
