Baked Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Prep the cauliflower and broccoli and place them on the sheet pan, drizzling with avocado oil and seasoning with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the veggies to coat and move them to one side of the pan.
- Prepare the honey mustard sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Place the pork chops on the sheet pan and coat them with the honey mustard sauce.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked to your liking and the veggies are crisp-tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve, drizzling extra sauce on top of the pork chops as desired.
