The shrimp

The marinade

unsalted butter, melted

smoked paprika

honey

lemon juice or lime juice

Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold running water, then drain and pat dry.
- Marinate the shrimp with all the marinade ingredients and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill and place the shrimp over direct heat, grilling for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Continue grilling until fully cooked, for a total of about 5 minutes.
- Remove the grilled shrimp from the grill and serve immediately.
