Ingredients

The shrimp

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail-on
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, for grilling

The marinade

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice
  • ΒΌ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold running water, then drain and pat dry.
  2. Marinate the shrimp with all the marinade ingredients and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill and place the shrimp over direct heat, grilling for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  4. Continue grilling until fully cooked, for a total of about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the grilled shrimp from the grill and serve immediately.
