Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a large roasting pan, arrange the chicken parts and cauliflower.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and cauliflower, and place rosemary sprigs on top.
- Add lemon slices, garlic, lemon pepper, and salt to the dish.
- Pour water into the bottom of the roasting pan.
- Bake until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170-175°F, about 30 minutes.
