Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl using a microwave or double-boiler.
- Chop the Granny Smith apple into small pieces.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the melted chocolate evenly.
- Arrange pretzels in rows on top of the chocolate.
- Add the chopped apples over the pretzels.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the bark, followed by reserved melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
- Freeze for about one hour until solid.
- Break into pieces and enjoy.
