Easy Caprese Chicken Mozzarella

commercially prepared marinara sauce (warmed)

fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced)

basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
- Rub olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with salt and Garlic Herb Seasoning Blend.
- Add oil to the skillet and cook the chicken for 5-8 minutes on each side.
- Spoon ¼ cup of marinara sauce over each chicken piece and top with 1 ounce of mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the pan and cook on low for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish and serve.
