Instructions
- Whisk the mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and garlic in a small bowl and set aside.
- Mix the sliced cabbage, grated carrots, and green onions in a salad bowl.
- Pour dressing on the cabbage mixture and mix, adjusting the amount of dressing to your preference.
- Season with salt and pepper, add sliced almonds or nuts for crunch, and chill before serving.
