Instructions
- Set a strainer over a medium-sized bowl.
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer while stirring often.
- Once it simmers, pour it through the strainer into the bowl.
- Let it cool, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
