Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Trim the ends and cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
- Toss the sprouts with olive oil and arrange them on a baking sheet, cut side down.
- Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, tossing halfway, until tender and caramelized.
- In a saucepan, combine tamari, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and garlic.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
- Let the roasted sprouts cool slightly, then toss them with the sauce.
- Add peanuts, green onion, and optional cilantro, and serve immediately with red pepper flakes.
